Uneven coverage is often caused by more than one damaged head. Nozzle selection, spacing, pressure, valve performance, scheduling and landscape changes can all affect the system.
Dry or uneven areas

A zone that demands more water than the supply can deliver will not perform consistently, regardless of controller settings. Available pressure and flow influence pipe sizing, zone capacity, head selection and expected coverage. Those limits should be reviewed before adding heads or expanding a system.

Do I need a new irrigation system or a repair?
That depends on system condition, coverage, pressure, layout and the extent of landscape changes. An onsite inspection helps identify whether targeted correction is practical.
Can you add a zone for new sod or planting?
A zone may be added when the available pressure, flow, controller capacity, valve layout and pipe routes support the expansion.
Will a smart controller fix uneven coverage?
No. A controller manages schedules, but it cannot correct poor spacing, blocked patterns, damaged components, pressure loss or unsuitable nozzles.
Why does water run into the street before the lawn is fully watered?
Application rate, compacted soil, slope, runtime and drainage conditions can produce runoff. The system and site should be evaluated together.
Can irrigation be rerouted around a new patio or pool?
Yes, when included in the project scope. Rerouting should occur before the new hardscape closes access to existing lines.
What does the new-installation warranty cover?
New irrigation installations include a one-year parts-and-labor warranty. The written project terms define the applicable coverage and exclusions.
