Downspout source control
Connect selected gutter outlets to solid pipe so roof runoff does not discharge into the same corrected foundation-side area.
Low-point collection
Set grated inlets where the completed surface directs water, with rim elevations coordinated to the restored lawn or bed.
Solid drainage conveyance
Carry collected surface and roof water through a planned pipe route with workable fall and an appropriate discharge location.
Surface restoration
Backfill, compact as appropriate, complete fine grading and restore included lawn, bed or gravel surfaces after underground work.

Before exterior correction begins
Is this the same as foundation repair?
No. This work manages exterior surface and roof runoff through landscape grading and drainage construction. Structural movement, cracks or plumbing leaks require the appropriate qualified professional.
Can more soil always be added beside the house?
No. Soil height must be evaluated around foundation exposure, siding, weep areas, doors, patios and drainage inlets. Adding soil without measurements can create new conflicts.
Should downspouts connect underground?
They can when solid pipe, fittings, capacity, route elevation and the final outlet are appropriate for the concentrated roof runoff.
When are catch basins used?
Catch basins are used at defined surface low points where the completed grade can direct runoff into the grate and the pipe can convey it toward an outlet.
Will lawn and beds be restored?
The estimate defines the included restoration. Work may include backfill, fine grading, irrigation adjustments, sod, mulch, gravel or reinstallation of suitable materials.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on measurements, access, excavation, soil movement, pipe length and depth, downspouts, inlets, utilities, discharge conditions and surface restoration.
