What the surface is telling you
Cracks, settlement and standing water require different construction decisions
Not every crack means the same thing, and replacing concrete inside the same footprint does not automatically correct the cause. We review edge support, roots, washout, adjoining grades and drainage before defining removal limits or a new layout.

Resolve what crosses beneath or drains beside the concrete
Drainage pipe, irrigation sleeves, downspout routes and future utility access are difficult to change after permanent concrete is installed. The planning stage should identify these conflicts.

Yes, when access and project conditions are suitable. Demolition limits, disposal, subgrade, adjoining improvements and replacement elevation are reviewed onsite.
How is concrete thickness determined?
There is no universal specification for every slab. Intended use, load, dimensions, soil, base, reinforcement, local requirements and project design determine the applicable assembly.
How is drainage addressed around new concrete?
Finished slope, runoff volume, doors, foundations, downspouts and discharge options are reviewed. Surface grading, channel drains, catch basins or pipe conveyance may be required.
Can a concrete walkway include separated pads?
Yes. Individual pads can be integrated with gravel, turf or planting when the spacing, base, edge conditions and intended walking use are planned before installation.
Can lawn and landscape restoration be included?
Yes. The defined scope can include grading, soil, sod, turf, irrigation adjustments, gravel or planting after construction access and final elevations are established.
How is the concrete estimate prepared?
The onsite estimate considers measured quantities, demolition, access, excavation, disposal, base, forms, reinforcement, concrete volume, finish, drainage coordination and restoration.
